[Review] Dr. G Green Mild Up Sun SPF 50 PA+++

The Dr. G Green Mild Up Sun SPF50 PA++++ caught my eye for its water-based formulation and extremely friendly ingredients after a quick check at COSDNA. It primarily uses plant-based extracts and 100% Mineral or physical sun filters Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide to effectively block out UVA/UVB sun rays.  While it contains certain silicones and alcohols, the amount was much lower and fared comparatively better to other sunblocks in terms of acne and irritant levels. It also contains Pathenol to strengthen skin’s protective barrier and has an unique anti-pollution formula to shield against blue light and environmental stressors.

ANESSA Essence UV Sunscreen Aqua Booster Review

Shiseido Anessa UV Sunscreen packed in a sliver bottle, is waterproof yet light and runny to apply. However, it dries off to a waxy finish that might not be suitable for oily sensitive skin, and did not do well to control shine on the T-zone areas of the face.

Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF50+ Suncreen Review

The Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence is waterproof, sweatproof and contains Hyaluronic Acid, Royal Jelly Extract & Citrus extract to keep skin hydrated while providing long lasting UV protection and can be used as a makeup base. Surprisingly, it does not contain any Titanium dioxide or Zinc Oxide, which usually are the main ingredients to provide broad spectrum sunscreen.
